Leicester City Council and Leicester City Primary Care
Trust are covered by the above legislation, and you should be aware that
information you have supplied to us for this project may be requested by
someone else at some stage.
If you consider that anything you have given us is of a
commercially sensitive or confidential nature, please tell us now what it
is and give us a valid legal reason under the legislation why you think it
should not be disclosed to anyone else. This will then allow us to
consider any request received properly, and consult with you if required.
Where information you have provided forms part of a Request for
Information
We will consult you about any disclosure, but you must:

Respond to us with your views within five working days
of receipt of notification from us of a request;

Be aware that any request you make for information to
be withheld must be covered by a valid exemption/exception under
FOIA/EIR, and that the reasons why must be clearly documented; and

The final decision as to disclosure remains the
Council’s responsibility.
